  • Package price includes all accommodation, attraction admission fees for sightseeing, most meals and travel between sites. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.

  • Yes, all our tours are fully protected. Full terms and conditions are found at the bottom of this webpage.

  • Flights are not included in your package price. Flights should be purchased separately via a certified retailer or direct with an airline.

  • We accept bookings for all available dates and you can secure your booking with a $200 per person deposit. Full payment is due 3 months prior to travel. We are very excited for you to visit England, and this helps us to secure your booking so yo don’t miss out!

  • To ensure an intimate experience, we operate with a limit of 16 people per tour.

  • All groups are lead by a Tour Host who is an experienced guide and employed by Resolute Experiences. They ensure that you have all the information you need and you don’t miss a moment of your vacation. They are available and will travel with the group throughout the itinerary to answer questions or resolve and queries that may come up.

  • Our dedicated Concierge Service is there to handle any issues you may experience during your stay and ensure that they are resolved swiftly and with minimal interruption to your trip. We are also happy to accommodate upgrades to hotel rooms and will strive to meet any special requests, we want you to get the most of your UK getaway and make it as luxurious as possible.

  • Yes, within your vacation package guests will be able to enjoy time to themselves during the tour to recharge the batteries, enjoy a meal alone, or treat themselves to a spa treatment. Our Tour Host will be on hand to give you any recommendations.

  • Children are welcome on our tours, however there are experiences that are more tailored to an adult audience such as the evening talks and wine tasting. Some attractions also require guests to be over the age of 18. In these circumstances we will try to arrange an alternative activity to ensure you don’t lose out.

  • Yes, we welcome groups and are delighted to work with organisations to accommodate any special requests. Maximum group numbers are 16 people and we offer a group discount based on a free place on bookings with a minimum of 12 travellers.

  • Tours are all done at a relatively gentle pace and time is built in so that each attraction can be enjoyed without rushing. Some days will require walking long distances with frequent stops but are usually at the beginning of the tours.

    Some of the attractions we visit are historical buildings, some dating back to the 11th century and are therefore unable to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility issues. We work with guests to arrange an alternative activity when necessary so that you can enjoy your vacation and not miss out on any of the historical sites we work with which feature American Heritage in the UK.
